Payment Security
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
Homekrafted does not intend to receive or store customers' complete debit/credit card information where payment processing is handled directly by the payment service provider.
User Responsibility
Customers should:

- Avoid sharing OTPs or authentication credentials;
- Use secure devices;
- Report suspicious account activity immediately; and
- Avoid responding to requests for passwords, OTPs or payment credentials claiming to be from Homekrafted.
No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Homekrafted therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
